Wheels software, developed in association with one of the foremost businesses in the secure freight industry, is not only one of the most economical software solutions for anyone attempting to computerise their freight operation, but incredibly feature rich as well.  Not only that, but because it has been developed over the last two years in close association with a freight company,  its mode of operation, function and access to its features etc. is designed to appear in exactly the way the operator expects… this is not just another package, this has been designed almost exclusively with the controller, traffic department and telephone staff in close association. 

 Featuring functions like automatic routing; distance and time calculations; pricing by time, day rate, mileage, or set fees, extra unexpected charges, multiple destinations, automatic emailing to the client as soon as a consignment has been delivered with pod details and any chargeable waiting time, and an awful lot more.. and all from just £299 this really is value for money! 

All the Wheels functions are available form a simple single screen.  A toolbar gives rapid access to the most common activities including: new consignment, invoicing, quotations, vehicle defects and so on.  

You will notice a small text box situated right in the middle of the toolbar.  This is a special feature which is not available, as far as we have been able to tell, in any of our competitors’ packages.   Typing a message in this box will deliver it immediately to the screen of the main traffic controller.  Implemented in order to combat the problems which arise when your controller is on the phone and you need an answer quick! This will put the question in front of his eyes, and get a quick response.  No more waiting for him to finish his conversation before you find out whether he has plans for the one remaining 7.5 tonne in the yard outside!
